Kick Sick in the Butt Juice Recipe

This is a wonderful juice recipe shared by a very special yogi friend. Her go to cold and flu one two knock out punch juice.

1 pineapple

1 whole garlic clove, or as many as you dare

6 lemons

a big heap of ginger

and 2 tbs cayenne pepper

I was a mess so I bought pre-made pineapple juice, and grated in the garlic and ginger, squeeze a lemon wedge, and tossed in some cayenne. It worked just as well. You do need to stir and chug to avoid a goop at the bottom.
